About Us

Our
Story
For Erica, she always likes to begin by saying she threw herself into this field after her son started displaying characteristics of autism. She started out as a Registered Behavior Technician as a way to help her son. She ended up loving it so much that she immediately enrolled into Ball State's Master's program and eventually The Chicago School's Ph.D. program. During her journey with TCS, she discovered her passion with caregiver collaboration. For her research, she created a caregiver's guide into ABA service delivery. For her "free time" outside of the world of ABA, Erica enjoys being a military spouse, mom of 2 children and 2 naughty dogs, and watching her daughter "slay" at figure skating.

We created Peak Behavior with caregivers in mind. With the in-home service model, BCBA and caregivers will be able to work closely together to create an environment that will allow for the "peak" learning experience.
